The art (or arts) had been born since the human being’s expressions of external objects or interpretations inside the mind. In other words, art is the way of commentary of the world, done by human beings, social groups, and nations. The socio-cultural structure, personal skills and faculties determine the similarities, differences, or identicalness among these commentaries.

The artistic traces must be closely related with sociology since they are produced in a socio-cultural structure. Because “all artistic traces carries the marks of a cultural environment more then the personality of the artist of the sign it is having. That is to say art is expression of the common senses, thoughts, and taste of the society.

We paid attention to the relation between art and socio-cultural structure by defining the art and artistic traces as reflection of traditional mentalities of people(s). Before carpet–rug art, it will be more appropriate to think about the social conditions in which the sheep, which is the source of raw material of it, became an important factor. Because, there are strong relations between carpet-rug art and domestication of sheep, and between interior decoration of tents and the felt necessary for the construction of the tent.

The socio-cultural importance of ram-head stamp
The general characteristic of Turkish carpet-rugs is the ram-head stamp, we think. This stamp can be seen with its various styles across Turkish world. As we will review again during talking about tombstones, ram-head stamps are possible to be seen at Turkish tombstones from Japan to Anatolia as the most beautiful samples of Turkish animal figure style.

Graves and Tombstones
The graves in this region are generally as family graves. These graves give important Ito the scientists for socio-cultural researches. Because the most hard and conservation parts or a tradition are born, marriage, and death and funeral. Kazakhstan Turks, who are base of our study, were affected mostly from Russian culture and communism. Kazak Turks worked in same place, worked for the same party, and even married with the Russian people.

What art and stamps say
Art is the reflection of the mentality of human being. in other words art is reflection of a mentality, a sense, or socio-cultural life, by different symbols. And so the traces of art must be treated more or less as evidences of socio-cultural life. According to Gadamer we can comprehend the traces of art within the consciousness of history and within the framework of the concept of “understanding”. If we do not treat art traces within this framework, we can not understand what these and the stamps over them mean.

Conclusion
We can not treat socio-cultural phenomena without the factors affecting it. Besides, this is valid partially for the physical world. Under these conditions while comme3nting a socio-cultural event we have to establish relations with other social sciences, for minimizing the errors.
